The cast method and application of AZS series products

   After the material is melted completely, it is then cast into the mould, to cool and curdle. Special attention during the condensation process, due to volume constriction, cavities appears. The AZS¡¯s cast methods are Regular Cast, Tilt Cast, Void Free Cast and End Cast. Varied cast method of AZS products are chosen to meet the different requirements for glass kiln parts.

It is the accustomed cast method and cavities are located under the mouth of casting. It is used for top of thawy pool, etc. corrasive non- severity part.

QX

Oriented Cavity

Using tilt cast method, and the cavities of goods are located under the good¡¯s part. Being used for sidewall.

WS

Cavity Free

It is resect cavities part of molten brick and the main using is hole of stream liquid kiln and sidewalls corner, etc corrasive severity part.

ZWS

Reduced Cavity

It is similarly void free cast and basically resect cavities part. Being used for sidewalls brick.
